Greg has a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, as well as qualifications in Strength and Conditioning (Level 1), Club Weightlifting / Sports Power Coach (Level 1) and Levels 1, 2 and 3 as a Boxing Instructor.
He specialises in strength, functional fitness, and enjoys working with beginners.
Greg’s favourite kind of workout is barbell training, and he loves a good HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout.
He knows that form is important, and consistency is key. Greg teaches that all goals are achievable when broken down into smaller parts, and believes that the gym should be welcoming and fun for all clients – from those just starting out, to those looking to take their training to the next level.
