Andrew has a Certificate 3 and 4 in FItness, as well as Cycle Level 1 and 2, and Boxing Instructor Level 3.
He specialises in body composition – increasing muscle mass, decreasing body fat, and maintenance. As well as general fitness, Andrew is interested in sports specific training and seniors fitness.
Andrew’s favourite kind of workout is circuit and high intensity training, as well as functional training, weight training and boxing.
His life and training philosophy is “It’s only your life, so make the most of it!”
