There is a 20 person class limit. Arrive early and bring a towel and drink. Please turn off your phone. For safety reasons, you will not be able to enter classes 5 minutes after start time. Let the instructor know if you are injured, or have any medical conditions we need to be aware of.

Zumba is a dance-fitness class that is friendly and fun. Great for weight loss, muscle toning and coordination. Total body workout. Zumba Lite is designed to be a little gentler for you – but it will still make you sweat!
