Tai Chi – Friday Afternoon with Dapeng

Find increased balance, mobility and physical and mental wellbeing through the flow of martial arts movements.

There is a 20 person class limit. Arrive early and bring a towel and drink. Please turn off your phone. For safety reasons, you will not be able to enter classes 5 minutes after start time.
