All Cycle

A simulation of outdoor cycling utilising only the best in cycling equipment, this class is challenging and fun. Great for weight loss, fat burning, toning and cardiovascular fitness.


There is a 20 person class limit. Arrive early and bring a towel and drink. Please turn off your phone. For safety reasons, you will not be able to enter classes 5 minutes after start time. Let the instructor know if you are injured, or have any medical conditions we need to be aware of.
