All Yoga

Yoga coordinates a number of features including breath control or pranayama, meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures. Yoga is widely practised for health and relaxation, and is accessible to everybody.

There is a 20 person class limit. Arrive early and bring a towel and drink. Please turn off your phone. For safety reasons, you will not be able to enter classes 5 minutes after start time. Let the instructor know if you are injured, or have any medical conditions we need to be aware of.
