HIIT8 – Saturday Morning

A high intensity full body workout to increase fitness, strength and endurance. Each session uniquely mixes a range of equipment and conditioning exercises for extreme fun and results.

There is a 20 person class limit. Arrive early and bring a towel and drink. Please turn off your phone. For safety reasons, you will not be able to enter classes 5 minutes after start time.
