Flexibility – Thursday Morning with Kate

Using simple and dynamic stretches, you will increase your range of motion and release tension.

There is a 20 person class limit. Arrive early and bring a towel and drink. Please turn off your phone. For safety reasons, you will not be able to enter classes 5 minutes after start time.
