Rapid Rehab circuit classes

We provide you with a bridge to help you move from hospital rehabilitation towards a more confident future.  Rapid Rehab classes are kept to a minimum and are monitored more closely than a standard group fitness class. Medical clearance is required before attending this class.

Sports teams

Want to take your team to the next level with a sports specific workout? Contact one of our great instructors to have them design and deliver a focussed workout that will increase your team’s fitness and challenge them to develop their team mentality.

School groups
