Southern Cross Pilates
Posture, Balance, Flexibility

Posture and body awareness following the works of Joseph Pilates.
• We run Pilates mat work courses (ie no equipment)
• Emphasis is on posture and breathing
• Course handouts with photos and detailed exercise descriptions used
• Small groups 1:12
• Ongoing class available to graduates 
• 6 week course

Boot Camp Canberra
Fun, Strength, Fitness
