Sammy has a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, as well as Metafit HIIT Certificate. She has a Level 1 in Strength and Conditioning, and is a Boxing Instructor, Level 3.
She specialises in training athletes with sports specific training, as well as injury manangement and mobility. Sammy also has an interest in helping clients with their body composition, such as increasing muscle mass, decreasing body fat, and maintenance.
Sammy’s favourite kinds of workouts are bootcamp, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), and supersets.
Her training philosophy is Exercise + Nutrition + Mindset = Lifestyle.
