Salli Bate

Salli has a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, as well as qualifications in Lift for Life and Heart Moves programs. She is also a Master Trainer and a Special Needs teacher, in the areas of mental health, physical disabilities, autism spectrum and hearing impairment.

She specialises in older adults with severe conditions such as MS, Lupus, or Parkinsons disease. Salli also enjoys working with clients who require rehab assistance, such as back, shoulder or knee issues, and assists older clients in the maintenance of their mobility and functional movement.

Salli’s favourite kind of workout is the Lateral Pulldown and the Supported Row.

Her training philosophy is to encourage and assist the older population to work within their limits at maintaining functional movement and general fitness, and to assist clients to maintain a strong core.
