Russell Fort

Russell has a Certificate IV in Fitness, as well as being an AFL Level 1 Coach, and has completed the Beginning Coaching – General Principles course from the Australian Sports Commission.

His favourite type of workout or exercise to lead is bootcamps, super sets, and sports specific training, and he specialises in these as well as Muscle Hypertrophy programs.

Russell’s training philosophy, as spoken by Arnold Schwarzenegger:

“To be successful, you must dedicate yourself 100% to your training, diet and mental approach.”

Russell likes this quote because it teaches us that we should focus on all three components – you need a quality training program, exclusively healthy nutrition and good motivation for each workout.
