Katie has over ten years in the fitness industry and has a Certificate 4 in Fitness. She has First Aid and CPR qualifications, as well as being Combat Trained in Les Mills.
She loves to train older populations and enjoys rehab and bootcamp sessions, and she also has extensive experience with boxing training. Her favourite type of exercise is abs and core training, especially using Swiss balls.
Katie has a holistic approach to health. She believes that our physical, mental and emotional health are all linked and important for a well rounded and balanced life. Katie says, “Exercise should be fun, interesting and something to look forward to, not a chore.”
