Jen Hayes

Jen has her qualifications in Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and has achieved Kettlebells Levels 1 and 2.

She enjoys working with anyone who is looking to improve their health and fitness, but especially likes to train clients who are new to the gym and need a bit of help to learn the basics and increase their ‘exercise confidence’. She also enjoys taking on clients who are sick of their current program and want to mix things up a bit.

Her favourite kind of exercise is circuit training, especially circuits that mix cardio and strength training, working the whole body.

Jen knows that exercise is essential for maximising our physical, mental and emotional health. Through personal training, her goal is to help people improve their physical fitness, and health and wellbeing, during and after their session, as well as over the longer term. She firmly believes that the gym is not just for the ‘superfit’ or super athletic – everyone should feel comfortable coming along to enjoy the benefits of exercise.
