Whats involved...

 

Weekly Seminars

 

Each Monday there will be a seminar covering different topics such as nutrition, recovery, workouts for weight loss, posture, time management and more. As you progress through each seminar you will learn whats fact and fiction allowing you to avoid any fads within the industry

 

Circuits

 

Come to our indoor/outdoor circuit and increase strength and burn fat with a variety of different exercises. There will optional weigh ins for those who want to see their progress

 

Strength Session

 

The transformation challenge group will have their own dedicated strength coach on a thursday night to work through anything related to strength. You will talk, question and work your way through a number of strength exercises

 

Lake walk

 

Meet us at Lake Burley Griffin as we walk around the lake on Saturday morning. Share your story with other participants and learn whats working for others and what may work for you
