Our bodies adapt to what we during our training session so its important for your body to adapt and become stronger, fitter and faster we need to push past our comfort zone. You should be aiming to increase one aspect of each exercise every 1-2 weeks to help achieve this. If it is regarding weights you should be aiming to increase weight, reps, sets or slow the movement tempo down. Cardiovascular training or circuit training you should be looking to increase time, distance, speed, or heart rate zones. Overloading your training is how your body adapts if you would like any more advice on overloading contact me via email joel@schc.com.au
