Healthy Brain Function

One of the benefits of exercise is it promotes healthy brain and nervous function. This happens as the body recruits more motor units that help muscles contract and can also improve nerve impulses being sent to and from the brain. Exercise has also been proven to help people who suffer from neurodegenerative diseases or diseases that attack and break down the nervous system. So keep your body healthy by exercises regularly, changing your routine and making sure you progressively overload (this is changing a training variable each time you train, be it weight, reps, sets, tempo etc).
