Located on Irving St in Phillip, we provide gym membership options, fitness and health programs, short courses, freestyle fitness classes and other health and fitness services to the Canberra and Woden community at a subsidised rate. Our affiliation with the Canberra Southern Cross Clubs allows us the flexibility to provide our weight loss programs such as our 12 Week Transformation Challenge, standard, serviced, off-peak and senior's memberships.
We provide a wide range of health and fitness programs such as; boot camp, small group training, Lift for Life as well as short courses in Pilates, Yoga, Pelvic floor strengthening and functional fitness. We also have a Women's only gym, beginner's circuit, advanced training areas, outdoor training and much more.
Southern Cross Health Club provides service to Canberran's with a variety of health needs whilst working closely with allied health organisations throughout the region and is a professional member of Fitness Australia.

We have the leading freestyle gym fitness timetable in Canberra with over seventy group exercise classes each week! We run Boot Camp, Pilates and Power Yoga courses in a state of the art health club.
